What you'll bring: 7+ years of experience in management consulting, Finance transformation, strategic operations, investment banking, project or corporate finance, process optimization, controllership transformation, or a closely related field, including at least 3 years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and sustainment. Build strong working relationships with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Project Finance and Capital Markets, Asset Management, Product & Technology, and Finance leadership while maintaining clear ownership of functional decisions, policy authority, control ownership, and line management.
