This role also prepares final reports for management and serves as a third-shift Front Desk Associate, delivering professional and courteous guest service.</div><h4><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h4><ul><li>Audit daily guest accounts and ensure everything balances by morning</li><li>Prepare reports and close out the day for management</li><li>Welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and provide top-notch service</li><li>Answer phones, take reservations, and assist with guest needs</li><li>Set up breakfast area if needed and keep the lobby clean and guest-ready</li><li>Act as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t onsite</li></ul><h4><strong>What You Bring</strong></h4><ul><li>Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude</li><li>Strong attention to detail and basic math/computer skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently overnight</li><li>Customer service experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!</li></ul><h4><strong>Why You’ll Love It</strong></h4><ul><li>Work independently in a calm, overnight environment</li><li>Gain experience in both accounting and guest service</li><li>Be a key part of creating a smooth, welcoming guest experience</li></ul><h4><strong>Total Rewards</strong></h4><h5>This position offers an estimated compensation of at least $16 per hour.  The role features a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
