The position serves as a subject matter expert for equity and incentive compensation, prepares related financial statement disclosures and benefit plan financials, owns SOX controls, supports forecasting and workforce-related initiatives, and drives process improvements to strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the organization. As a key member of the Corporate Accounting team, this role partners closely with Financial Reporting, HR, Payroll, FP&A, Legal, Internal Audit, and external auditors to support the monthly close, quarterly reporting, and annual audit cycles.
