Examples of work may include basic plumbing support such as clearing routine fixture stoppages, replacing toilet seats or flush handles, addressing minor leaks within skill level, replacing light bulbs or simple fixtures within appropriate safety limits, light painting, patching, touch-up work, replacing locks, doorknobs, handles, and other door hardware, assisting with unit turnover tasks, and completing other basic maintenance needs as assigned. This position supports basic building and unit needs, including routine maintenance requests, minor plumbing stoppages, light fixture replacement, light painting, lock and door hardware replacement, unit touch-ups, and other general repairs that do not require a licensed contractor.
