Short Description: Client seeks to hire a Technical Writer to author public-facing documents including a report on current District program offerings, and data governance policy and procedure documentation.

· Works directly with system analysts and programmers to write and edit program and system documentation, user manuals, training courses, and procedures.
· Conducts research about product by interviewing subject matter experts, reviewing existing documentation, and using the application.
· Authors end-user documentation.
