Approximately 30% of the role's time will be dedicated to facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and guiding the team through Program Increment (PI) planning, feature decomposition, and cross team dependency management; the remaining 70% will focus on designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining Java applications, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools for the Planner subsystem. The ideal candidate brings proven Scrum Master experience (certification preferred), 3-5+ years of Java development in a missile defense or high availability systems environment, strong technical and people skills, and familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for government financial tracking as a plus.
