The College's benefit package includes 22 days of vacation per year, three days personal leave, generous holiday time (including an extended winter break between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day), sick leave, 10% retirement contribution, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, medical, dental, and vision, paid parental leave, tuition opportunities, and more. Reporting to the Bookstore Director, the Assistant Director will participate in all aspects of the store's daily operations, including purchasing, inventory control, customer service, cash handling, record keeping and online order fulfillment.
