Manages operational activities across the clinical laboratory, ensuring alignment of staffing, workflow, quality, and service expectations while providing leadership oversight of technical, quality, and regulatory priorities to support operational effectiveness, performance, and accountability. Partners closely with Technical Specialists who maintain primary ownership of technical operations validation instrumentation and competency and with Quality and Accreditation leadership who maintain primary ownership of quality systems regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
