Responsibilities include but not limited to: Prepare and review valuation analyses and reports for businesses and equity interests for financial reporting, tax, and corporate and strategic planning purposes across a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, technology, life sciences, consumer products, hospitality, manufacturing and distribution, construction, cannabis, and healthcare. Serve as the day-to-day point person on engagements; lead meetings and calls with clients and management; and clearly communicate conflicts, delays, issues, and findings to supervisors and clients in a timely manner.
