As a Midas automotive service manager, you will manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including: Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers. We are looking for automotive service managers to manage and direct all service department activities of a retail store engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services.
Qualifications and requirements Experience in one or more of the following: engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, heating and air conditioning Knowledge of health and safety compliance Manual dexterity and physical stamina, lift heavy objects, and walk and stand for extended periods of time Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and attention to detail Possession of a valid driver's license.
