Provide civil engineering design for airfield/site layout, grading, profiles, earthwork analyses and design, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and design, pavement design and maintenance, construction safety and phasing, aircraft layouts and modeling, storm water management design, erosion and sediment control design, utility coordination and design, environmental permitting, and preparation of construction plans, specifications, schedules, design reports, and cost estimates. Minimum of 4 years of design experience in Engineering and Construction projects, with at least 3 years of direct design experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads, and/or Revit software in design.
