Understanding of how power is collected, distributed, and delivered to end users* Experience supporting construction, startup, commissioning, or energization activities* Data center experience is not required* Backgrounds in utility, industrial, power generation, nuclear, or large-scale infrastructure projects are highly relevant* Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively alongside engineers, contractors, and field personnel. * 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, electrical construction, field engineering, or related power infrastructure work* Strong field or site-based experience is required* Experience with one or more of the following: Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
