Responsibilities:
<div>What you will be doing:</div><div><ul><li>Set up, install, and maintain lab equipment and test environments to support product development.</li><li>Plan lab updates; specify, order, receive, and track equipment, tools, and parts.</li><li>Coordinate with Facilities on lab-room modifications, fixtures, furniture, and utilities needs.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory and keep lab spaces organized, safe, and clean.</li><li>Modify and troubleshoot PCBs, fixtures, wiring, and electronic/electro-mechanical equipment (including small-scale soldering).</li><li>Provision and deploy lab computing devices; manage user accounts and basic system administration.</li><li>Maintain host security and patching, implement policies, and ensure backups for critical lab systems.</li><li>Design and maintain lab network topology; install/maintain wiring and networking equipment; apply security best practices. </li></ul>The hourly wage range of $29 – $45 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. </div>

Qualifications:
What we are looking for:<ul><li>A.A. degree in Electronics Technology (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li>6+ years of experience supporting or operating a laboratory environment.</li><li>Linux system administration experience (certification preferred).</li><li>Working knowledge of electronics, wiring, electrical safety, and use of hand/power tools.</li><li>Experience with soldering and PCB/equipment modification.</li><li>Networking fundamentals: Ethernet/IP and administration of network-connected devices.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments; able to exercise sound judgment and initiative.</li><li>Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs daily. </li><li>Ability to perform repetitive motions (bending, twisting, and hand/arm movements).</li><li>Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.</li></ul>What we offer: At Panasonic Avionics Corporation we realize the most important aspects in leading our industry are the bright minds behind everything we do. Responsibilities As a Development Platform Architect at Panasonic Avionics, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based infrastructure solutions. What you will be doing: Build Internal and External Development platforms, build developer workflows, test apps and Supports Virtual Rack Architecture to enable virtual test environments for NGHE. Design and architect cloud-based applications and solutions on the AWS platform. Collaborate with software engineers and development teams to define scalable and resilient architectures for cloud applications. Provide guidance on AWS services and best practices to ensure optimal utilization of cloud resources. Develop and document architectural patterns, standards, and guidelines for cloud-based applications. Assess and optimize application performance, security, and availability on the AWS platform. Conduct system architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations. Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in cloud computing and AWS services. Assist in the implementation and deployment of cloud solutions, including infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the AWS platform. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cloud-based applications and services. Qualifications What we are looking for: Masters or Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related engineering degree, or equivalent experience. 10+ years' experience in architecting and implementing complex infrastructure and software platforms in both bare metal and Cloud environments. 10+ years' experience with systems architecture, design and development in Aviation, Automotive, IOT, Cloud or similar industry. Possess a strong understanding of developing and architecting development platforms including creating software catalog, developer portal, and plugin architecture. Proficient in designing and implementing custom developer experiences along with integrating with CI/CD pipelines and building a Service Catalog. Experience in leading architectures to develop and deliver SDKs and APIs along with documentation and packages Experience in designing virtual test and simulators that provide CI environments for developers using development platform. Experience architecting development platforms using tools like backstage, port, cortex and Cycloid. Experience integrating development platforms with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, ArgoCD). Experience working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless integration with other systems. Good understanding and experience working with Kubernetes within the development platform ecosystems (e.g. Backstage or similar). This role involves a blend of front-end and back-end development, particularly in TypeScript and React, as well as integration with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
