The employee will be required to occasionally lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, stand for extended periods of time and work at heights of greater than 10 feet utilizing fall restraint equipment as necessary. Note: If a Lead Technician is not certificated in accordance with 14 CFR Part 65 and/or does not meet the requirements of 14 CFR 145.153, they must defer any direction of certificated mechanics to the Project Manager.
