Associates degree from college or technical school, or 3+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred: Three+ (3+) years of commercial calibration experience Previous experience or training in electronics or machining Basic mathematical skills including algebra, geometry, and statistics Familiarity with basic hand tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer software including Word, Excel, and Outlook Basic organizational and time management skills Familiarity with basic hand tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer software including Word, Excel, and Outlook Advanced organizational and time management skills Experience in PMEL, PME, TMDE, Metrology, Calibration, ASQ CCT, METCAL, GPETE, Electronics, GCAMS, or Avionics Experience working within ISO 17025 preferred Understanding of uncertainty contributions to the measurement process Physical Demands. Successful completion of assigned training materials through on-the-job training, online content, LMS, and classroom led instruction Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Self-motivated learner with the ability to learn new skills related to calibration and calibration processes Ability to take direction and learn from feedback Ability to communicate well with supervisor, solve problems effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team 3+ years driving experience with a valid driver's license Education and Experience.
