Under general supervision, and with a high level of autonomy, uses knowledge and skills obtained through education, training and / or prior experience to assist with both the underwriting of new Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") and Commercial Real Estate ("CRE") transactions, as well as monitoring an active portfolio of existing REIT & CRE loans. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about modeling corporate and property-level cash flows and assessing risk across a range of institutional commercial real estate asset types - retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, senior housing, student housing, data centers, and self-storage assets, and more!
