Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, for the Communications & Spectrum Dominance segment, and indirectly to the President of IVS, the Director of Operations will direct and coordinate activities and have overall responsibility for all operational departments defined as Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Facilities and EH&S for the Integrated Vision Solutions (IVS) sector with operations facilities in Londonderry, NH and Tempe, AZ. Promotes collaboration with all other functional elements of the business, specifically including Engineering, Program Management and Business Development to drive product designs that meet customer and manufacturing optimized requirements.
