Essential job functions include monitoring and ensuring operational continuity of mission critical network, telecommunication, virtualization, server, and storage systems; researching, installing, configuring, and maintaining related hardware; providing and managing backup and disaster recovery; providing and managing related security; and working with other Information & Technology Services units to develop end-to-end solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience administering network/server infrastructure in large, complex multi-user environments (primarily on Cisco/Meraki Systems, Windows Environments, Microsoft Server 2016, 2019, 2022, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Radius, GPO, Azure AD and Intune, KACE Appliances, Mix of Server Hardware, Dell/Lenovo).
