Qualifications• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of event management or catering experience, preferably in a full-service hotel• Prior senior or leadership experience strongly preferred• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred• Strong knowledge of catering, banquet operations, and event logistics• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment• Working knowledge of Delphi or similar catering systems preferred• Proficiency in Microsoft Office• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of group and catering events, delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment.
