This includes mixing, scaling, and benching dough, baking artisan breads and desserts, lifting and stacking flour, loading carts and racks, transferring products to refrigeration/freezers, palletizing, and labeling products into boxes. You'll also operate various kitchen machinery, including ovens, proofers, slicers, mixers, and dough dividers, while maintaining a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment.
