The successful candidate will be visible on our jobsites, build relationships with our crews, hold employees and supervisors accountable, and work with management to continuously improve our safety program. This position will work closely with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and field crews to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
