This person will partner with the Manager in all of the duties in the Bakery Department to achieve the department’s sales and profit goals.  This includes production, merchandising, staff development and customer service. Essential Functions:<ul><li>Set and achieve the highest standards.</li><li>In the absence of Bakery Manager, supervise, schedule and assign duties to the Team Members.</li><li>Provide our customers with exceptional customer service.</li><li>Assist in the interviewing, training, development and counseling processes of all Team Members in a manner which builds and sustains a high performing team and minimizes turnover.</li><li>Establish and maintain a positive work environment, which encourages an exceptionally high level of Team Member morale.</li><li>Manage inventory and pricing to achieve required margin and labor targets.</li><li>Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.</li><li>Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in bakery management a MUST. Responsibilities:
Our cake decorator's primary responsibilities are to support the bakery in stocking our case with an abundance of fresh, beautiful, high-quality products while providing world-class service to our guests. They will prepare a variety of cakes, desserts and pastries consistently at a high rate of speed; mix creams, sauces, fillings and icings; apply finishing work to cakes; take guest orders by phone and in-person; and assist the bakers and bakery clerks as needed while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment.  The candidates for this position are required to have availability to start as early as 5am.  

Qualifications:
