Strong, established business and industry relationships throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, including connections with developers, property owners, architects, consultants, public agencies, institutions, and other key decision-makers. Success will be measured by the BD Manager's ability to expand T&G's relationships and market presence, generate qualified opportunities, convert pursuits into profitable projects, and develop long-term clients that produce repeat business.
