This individual collaborates extensively with Bank leadership, Digital Banking, peer Product Directors, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, Data and Analytics, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Training, Field Supervision, and field leadership to deliver compelling, compliant, scalable, and profitable solutions for military families and other target client segments. In close partnership with First Command Bank line-of-business leadership, this role develops and executes product strategies that support client needs, advisor effectiveness, Bank growth, portfolio profitability, and an integrated enterprise client experience.
