The Site Manager directly supervises the Field Techs and Facilities Manager, coordinates site priorities across departments, and stewards the site's facilities, infrastructure, equipment, and appearance with excellence and care. Buildings, Maintenance, and Infrastructure: Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance for site buildings, utilities, roads, drainage, irrigation infrastructure, vehicles, tools, and equipment.
