The Analyst will work closely with Leveraged Finance bankers, Syndicate, Sales & Trading, Credit, Legal, Operations, Compliance, and external investors to facilitate transaction execution, support investor onboarding and settlement processes, coordinate internal approvals, and maintain various reporting and transaction management functions across the business. The candidate will be assigned a variety of projects and given a broad range of responsibilities, some of which include: Responsibilities: Support the execution and syndication of leveraged loan and high yield bond transactions across corporate, sponsor, and project finance clients.
