We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Teller/Member Case Specialist opportunity with a Credit Union located in Tampa, FL. 
This is a full-time, in-office position in downtown Tampa, FL, with benefits. Your Specific Duties Will Include:<ul><li>Performing routine member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.</li><li>Verifying and processing night drop, mail, and ATM deposits under dual control.</li><li>Selling credit union monetary instruments.</li><li>Providing members with necessary forms and receipts for transactions.</li><li>Examining checks for proper endorsements and negotiability.</li><li>Cross-selling credit union products and services.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations, including BSA/AML/CIP.</li><li>Balancing cash drawer and verifying and securing cash and monetary instruments.</li></ul>Specific Qualifications for the Position Include:<ul><li>Previous teller or cash-handling experience (preferred).</li><li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using a 10-key calculator and basic typing skills.</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li></ul>Pay Rate Range: $19.00 per hour. 
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONThe Teller Supervisor ensures that the teller area is managed efficiently and effectively and that transactions are conducted with speed and accuracy while meeting or exceeding service quality standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ol><li>Lift coin bags up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Assigns work duties and work schedules to tellers.</li><li>Monitors cash limits in teller stations and branch and makes appropriate shipment decisions.</li><li>Provides approval on other tellers transactions.</li><li>Monitors and reports various activity for the branch; e.g. teller outages, transactions as assigned.</li><li>Review timecards and track absences and tardiness and communicate to supervisor.</li><li>Provides guidance to tellers relating to operational and auditing policies and procedures.</li><li>Participate in goal setting and attaining established goals.</li><li>Identify and provide staff training.</li><li>Coach staff to cross sell bank products and services.</li><li>Assists tellers in resolving service problems, complex inquiries and other customer issues.</li><li>Perform all duties of a Sr. Teller.</li><li>Serves as back up for CSR as required.</li><li>Completes all required monthly audit reports and ensures compliance.</li><li>May be required to work an alternative location within the region or market.</li><li>The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.</li><li>Completes required BSA/AML training and other required compliance training as assigned.</li><li>Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.</li></ol>QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.
