The technician performs work on Government Facility-Related Control Systems (FRCS) and may require authorized access to Government IT and operational technology systems, including NAVFAC MAXIMO.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair DDC systems, controllers, field devices, communications, panels, sensors, actuators, meters, interfaces, and associated HVAC and boiler control components. May work around energized electrical/control circuits, rotating equipment, hot surfaces, noise, dust, chemicals, and other industrial hazards using required controls and PPE.May be required to respond outside normal working hours for outages, urgent service conditions, scheduled shutdowns, or approved after-hours work.
