As part of the IT Workforce Optimization and NextGen Talent Initiative, this role is responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving technology workforce programs that strengthen technical capabilities, support workforce readiness, and ensure IT maintains the talent, skills, certifications, and resources required to meet current and future business needs. The position serves as the primary owner of programs such as the IT Career Development Program, IT Internship Program, technology certification initiatives, technical workforce planning efforts, Technology All Hands, IT communications, employee engagement initiatives, and other strategic workforce programs across IT.
