Responsibilities Under direct supervision the primary responsibilities are the account maintenance of Federal Loan Programs (Perkins, LDS, HPSL, PCL, Nursing, and NFLP), Institutional Loan programs and outstanding tuition account receivables which includes exit paperwork, loan benefits, and revenue collection until paid in full for portion of the alphabet P-Z.
