The successful candidate will be able to clearly communicate the status of C4IT actions and decisions, ownership and due dates, affected systems or deliverables, supporting evidence for closure, and unresolved issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, security, commissioning, accreditation, or facility acceptance. The project’s facility infrastructure includes separate and physically diverse telecommunications pathways, multiple entrance facilities, secure network environments, classified and unclassified network separation, and extensive coordination with the PMO.
