Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Work closely with clients, Project Management, superintendents, internal engineers, outside design consultants and subcontractors during conceptual and final design efforts to develop/compile Critical Path Method (“CPM”) schedules for major building projects, incorporating civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, process and automation disciplines into schedules. Travel to remote sites to assist Project Management, superintendents and subcontractors in the updating and maintenance of current schedules against the baseline, identifying percent-complete, evaluating impacts to the project’s Critical Path and overall risk to timely completion of the project.
