Pay: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour.
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) provides the nation's public school districts, charter schools, and communities at large with highly qualified pediatric therapists, including BCBA's and speech, occupational, and physical therapists. From finding and training the best pediatric therapists to partnering them with the right schools and clinics in need, PDS supports win-win initiatives for all.
p>As a BCBA on our team, your week looks like this: morning sessions running assessments and shaping treatment plans, afternoons mentoring the BTs and RBTs who carry your programming forward, and ongoing touchpoints with parents who are counting on real progress at home. Our team of clinicians and researchers is pushing the field forward - delivering more than 50 conference presentations at national and international events in 2024, and authoring 20+ articles in peer-reviewed publications including the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis in Practice (2023-2024).
