Duties / Responsibilities: The Medical Assistant I greets and supports patients virtually and in person, prepares them for visits, performs basic clinical tasks (e.g., testing, injections, EKGs), assists with exams, and maintains exam rooms and equipment. Services include advanced gastrointestinal procedures such as colonoscopy and capsule endoscopy, as well as evaluation and management of a variety of liver conditions, including hepatitis, fatty liver disease, cirrhosis, liver cancer, and inherited liver disorders.
