The scope of activities for the Program Manager include the managing of special projects, including but not limited to the operationalization of new technologies and processes, business modeling, program and process development, creating collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, implementing lean design while developing business solutions with stakeholders, managing the integration of performance improvement projects in the organization and analyzing data obtained from numerous departments and entities.
