Assists students by providing behavioral examples, implementing continuous measurement procedures, using reinforcement and various teaching methods, displaying values and morals, providing emotional support, a friendly attitude and general guidance; assists in directing group activities of students at lunch and other times. Attends and participates in faculty meetings, in-service programs and workshops to maintain professional knowledge and skills and keep informed as to Agency policies and programs that may impact on students; attends CPI/TCI training and utilizes its techniques and meets requirements of a registered behavior technician.
