You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams to deliver scalable solutions, support acquisitions integration, and keep systems well-documented, tested, and ready for what’s next.</div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Partner closely with business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver tactical enhancements aligned to service expectations and SLAs.</li><li>Serve as Level 3 escalation support, driving root-cause analysis and preventing recurring issues.</li><li>Own requirements outcomes end-to-end: discovery, process mapping, functional specs, test scenarios/scripts, and systems integration testing.</li><li>Help define project scope, success criteria, schedule, resources, and budget needs, supporting Project Managers and business leaders.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend solutions that are scalable, cost-effective, and user-friendly; participate in selection activities and RFP evaluations.</li><li>Design and document integrations across systems and acquired businesses; collaborate with IT to ensure alignment with standards.</li><li>Create and maintain system documentation (user guides, technical documentation, operational procedures) and support upgrades.</li><li>Build and maintain an IT-enabled solutions roadmap, identifying technical debt, capability gaps, and opportunities to optimize/automate.</li><li>Develop training materials and deliver training/support for end users - ensuring adoption, confidence, and continuity.</li></ul><div> </div>

Qualifications:
