Working closely with mission presidents, Area Presidencies, Church headquarters departments, missionaries' families, and local priesthood leaders, this role helps facilitate effective communication and solutions for a variety of missionary situations. Under the direction of and in consultation with the Missionary Department Executive Directors, serves as case manager to resolve issues involving individual missionaries, including serious illness, accidents, other physical and emotional health needs, disobedience, transgression, emergencies, and evacuations.
