Under the supervision of the Care Manager and coordination with the Staffing Coordinator, you will assist clients with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, meals, and light household tasks according to each client’s individualized Plan of Care. Safely assist with mobility and transfer equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts, as applicable and within training.
