Social awareness, record keeping, world of work, job market, knowledge of vocational rehabilitation and human service agencies in the area, computer proficiency, oral and written communication skills, employment preparation skills, and area industries, area social service, and health agencies, fluently bilingual in English and Spanish. WORK PERFORMED: Conducts individual appointments, group orientations, and program participant services for Self-Sufficiency Center programs in all service delivery locations in accordance with program appointment and orientation schedules.
