Certifications/Education/Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, current TN or compact license, and certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). This role involves providing critical care in a 14-bed ICU unit, managing patients with sepsis, acute respiratory failure (ARF), acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), congestive heart failure (CHF), and COVID-19.
