Working across underwriting, claims, finance, legal, technology, operations, HR, and other functions, the Senior Manager translates executive priorities into actionable plans, leads complex initiatives from strategy through implementation, and helps maintain alignment with the international head office. Initiate, develop, and execute initiatives supporting MSIG USA's mid- to long-term growth strategies, including geographic expansion, business-line strategy, capability building, and other CEO priorities.
