Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree a plus), 7+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, chemical processing experience, strong proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks/Fusion360 preferred), mechanical simulation tools, and P&ID development, hands-on experience with pumps, piping systems, mixing/blending equipment, and automated machinery, knowledge of custom print design review and implementation, demonstrated project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives, excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
