The Special Loans Analyst I is responsible for mortgage servicing activities including loan maintenance, borrower and investor updates, assumptions, modifications, servicing transfers, customer inquiries, and specialized servicing functions. This position plays a key role in customer service, loan maintenance, regulatory compliance, and operational functions while helping UHC fulfill its mission of serving Utah's housing needs through finance and innovation.
