The RN in this role provides intensive monitoring, advanced nursing interventions, and expert care for patients experiencing life-threatening neurological conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes in a highly critical care environment. Key Responsibilities : Patient Assessment and Monitoring : Perform comprehensive neurological assessments, including monitoring level of consciousness, Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) scores, pupillary response, motor function, and vital signs.
