We are looking for a happy, responsible individual who takes initiative. This individual is a team player and sets the mood for patients as they enter the office. The Patient Registration Coordinator is someone that has the opportunity to bring a smile to the patients, to be able to give them a wonderful patient experience. This role provides the bridge between the front and back of the office. They are able to support the patient, staff, and doctors in many different ways. If you like to make connections with people this is the right position for you! ESSENTIAL DUTIES:<ul><li>Greet patients upon arrival </li><li>Obtain insurance information, review it for accuracy, and route it to the appropriate staff member. Hands out the paperwork to the patient according to their needs handles routine questions and reviews the paperwork for accuracy when it is turned in. </li><li>Change and update patient(s) status in the computer according to establishes guidelines </li><li>Verifying insurance and frequencies when needed.</li><li>This greeter will assist with attaching payments, sending claims, checking billable x-rays </li><li>Clean/maintain front office area/lobby</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS: <ul><li>High school diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>** Dental Experience is Preferred but NOT Required **</li></ul>OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Customer Service Skills – must be able to provide excellent patient service to ensure their dental needs are being met.</li><li>Multi-Tasker – ability to prioritize and address multiple demands concurrently.</li><li>Communication – must be able to communicate effectively with the clinical team, patient, responsible parties, and other staff as necessary.</li><li>Team Mindset – the ability to work within a team for the good of the patient.</li><li>Positive Problem Solver – ability to think on your feet and find solutions to a variety of unique issues.</li></ul><ul></ul>CDP is an Equal Opportunity EmployerCommunity Dental Partners is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
