The resource chief marketing officer (CMO) is responsible for providing oversight of business development activity for their assigned hospital(s), training of sales leaders as requested, and shall serve as the primary support person for covering departmental vacancies within assigned hospitals, often requiring onsite support and frequent overnight travel.
