p>Plans, directs, and manages the business operation and activities of the facility in accordance with BMG goals and objectives by: - Establishing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems to achieve efficient clinic operation and maximum service to ensure quality patient care to patients of the facility; analyzing and recommending changes in systems, procedures, and policies to improve work flow and efficiencies.
- Demonstrates well developed leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with a variety of patients, family members, visitors, clinic staff, physicians, public, and external agencies in a professional manner.
