Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Enter hours timely and effectively for weekly for payroll.</li><li>Provide weekly P&L report to Manager (Sales and Expenses).</li><li>Assist with and ensure compliance with Account Payable procedures.</li><li>Assist with forecasting reports - Flash report.</li><li>Act as liaison to HR with regards to employee relations/policy/benefit issues,</li><li>Assist in the completion of End of Month Closing. </li><li>Track and retrieve Aged invoices for payment.</li><li>Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.</li><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls.</li><li>Provide administrative support</li><li>Generate region invoicing weekly.</li><li>Generate end of month accruals and deferrals.</li><li>Post customer payments. Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions.</li><li>Update and maintain receivables by totally unpaid invoices.</li><li>Research and solve payment discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, specific division, and other departments within the organization.</li><li>Adjust accounts or ledgers as applicable.</li><li>Support controller and accounting team with various administrative functions.</li><li>Follow filing procedures to ensure the divisions compliance.</li><li>Performs other related duties assigned by Manager.</li></ul>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Minimum 2 to 4 years of management and/or accounting experience</li><li>Associates degree or higher in Business or related field; desired but not required</li><li>Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to meet stringent deadlines</li><li>Self-starter, enthusiastic, and cooperative attitude</li><li>Ability to maintain focus on multiple projects</li><li>Demonstrated experience in high volume Accounts Payable, creating, tracking and analyzing Journal Entries.</li><li>Experience with P&L Statements and P&L Analysis with knowledge and understanding of accrual accounting.</li><li>Excellent math skills with the ability to create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets.</li><li>Experience in accounts receivable including invoicing and collections, interpreting contract billing language.</li><li>Ability to self-direct to accomplish the work of the office.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-oriented skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment</li><li>Willingness and ability to work overtime routinely.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication and team-oriented skills</li><li>Highly detail oriented with exceptional planning and organization skills</li><li>Strong problem analysis and problem resolution skills</li><li>Highly adaptable with ability to work in a fast-paced office environment</li></ul>
