Customer Account SpecialistJob Description SummaryProvide accurate and timely customer account support in a manufacturing and regulated environment. Responsible for order processing, shipping and inventory reporting, and customer communication to ensure accurate billing, shipments, and positive customer experience.Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Enter, maintain, and update customer orders and data in the ERP system (JD Edwards/Oracle preferred).</li><li>Review daily production, receipt, and shipment documentation for accuracy.</li><li>Provide production, inventory, and shipment reporting to customers.</li><li>Reconcile inventory discrepancies between internal systems and customer systems.</li><li>Support end‑of‑month reporting and billing accuracy.</li><li>Process customer shipping orders and verify inventory availability.</li><li>Ensure DOT‑regulated Bills of Lading and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) accompany shipments.</li><li>Communicate shipping instructions to internal teams and carriers.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries professionally and participate in routine customer calls.</li><li>Maintain organized documentation per company and customer requirements.</li><li>Serve as backup support for other Customer Account team members.</li></ul>Required Qualifications <ul><li>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Customer service or administrative experience.</li><li>Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards/Oracle.</li><li>Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.</li></ul>Starting at $22.00 per hour.Hours: 8am - 4:30pm Monday - FridayCompany CultureWe foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
